Sometimes doing little things and applying small changes in your routine life can bring health and desired results. Try to take a warm bath before jumping in your bed, or you may read a few pages from your favorite book or listen to soft instrumental music to make your body and mind relaxed.

Many of us eat oily food and stuff our tummies full before going to bed, this is not healthy, as this eating habit can cause many problems. It is always very wise to eat less and healthy food before going to bed for healthy and better sleep.

Try not to drink alcohol before going to bed as sleeping senseless can cause many diseases relating to the brain. Quit smoking and alcohol for a sound sleep.

Try to go to bed with a relaxed body and mind. If you are stressed and your mind is not at peace you will have a disturbed sleep and you will wake up feeling lethargic in the morning. So keep the stresses and tensions for the next day and for now sleep with peaceful mind.
