dandruff treatment: solution for hair loss

Causes of dandruff must be understood to find a suitable remedy.  Dandruff is caused by the dead cells of our scalp skin, resulting in snowy flakes also causing an itchy feeling which at times is very embarrassing. I have lived with dandruff for years now and am still unable to find a cure to treat it.
This article explores the causes of dandruff in detail. A lot of people think dandruff is caused by the hair on our scalp which is not true, like all the skin on our body,scalp skin is also composed of many numbers of cells. These cells have their own life cycle, they are formed every day and die every day. So all this means that when the skin cells fail to get the proper nutritions their life becomes less, and they die off quickly and are shed from the main skin giving way to new cells. Excess and fast shedding of these cells in scalp causes dandruff (remember dandruff being these dead cells). Individuals whose body do not provide proper nutrition and they don’t care of this issue face bad dandruff issue. Now the question arises here is what kind of nutrition is required to avoid cells from becoming dead fast.
There are many vitamins and antioxidants which must be taken either through healthy food intake by direct application on the skin to overcome this lack of nutrition. I have compiled a list of these vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Since our cells need energy to grow and be healthy vitamins from B category are important, B1 & B2 are for example necessary for cells to obtain energy and rapid growth.vitamin B12 is important for a number of synthetic processes going on within the cells.
Sun light and its heat radiation damages the skin, to avoid this condition vitamin C and E are needed by the skin. Natural source of vitamin “C “ are orange, grapefruit, strawberries and tomato. For vitamin E the natural sources are, red chili powder, almonds, basil and oregano, peanuts, cooked spinach.
Our skin becomes dry due to the lack of vitamin A, lack of this vitamin can also give you aging effect. Natural vitamin A can be obtained through eating cooked liver of any animal, sweet potatoes, carrots, red pepper, lettuce, dried apricots.
Application of antifungal creams at times work well to reduce dandruff, mostly the fungus patches appear on the skin of our scalps and cause cells to shed from the skin faster, these anti fungal creams help cure this condition.  For now we know what dandruff is actually and main causes of dandruff are improper nutrition or excess exposure to extreme condition, fight to overcome this situation can be tackled through improved diet plans and external application of supplements, shampoo and creams.
