How to lose weight in one week-lose weight fast

Losing weight if you are 95+ kg but under 100+ kg which is obesity 1, in one week is possible with a simple cut down in diet which i will tell you in a while, but first remember you will have to display very strong will power to lose weight fast in one week. So here is the recipe.
  1. Morning walks, normal pace for 45 minutes daily:  wear waist belt with a tight grip during the walk.
  2. Breakfast: eat 2 bananas and a glass of skimmed milk room temperature without adding sugar.
  3. No eating till lunch
  4. Lunch: eat 2 bananas and a glass of skimmed milk room temperature without adding sugar.
  5. Evening walk: normal pace for 45 minutes daily: wear waist belt with a tight grip during walk
  6. Dinner: eat 2 bananas and a glass of skimmed milk room temperature without adding sugar.
  7. Drink only 4-5 glasses of water, other than the mentioned diet
Check your weight at the start of the week and check it again at the week end you will see your weight going down fast.
